We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated staff and make a real difference to children’s lives every single day.

In this exciting role, you’ll work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons, lead small group and whole-class learning, and provide targeted support that helps every child thrive. You’ll be a positive role model who builds strong relationships, promotes inclusion, and encourages children to become confident, independent learners.

Salary & Benefits
Salary from £29,540 to £32,597 (£24,881 to £27,456 pro rata)
8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday
8.30 - 4.00pm Friday
Term time only - plus INSET days if required
All DMAT staff receive benefit of HSF Health cash plan
